I’ve worked with founders, marketers, and $100M+ companies alike — and all of them ask the same question: “How often should we be posting?” Unfortunately, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. But there is good data to help guide your decisions. According to HubSpot’s 2025 report, just 19.7% of marketers post multiple times per day.
